This system helps startups find suitable investors, co-investors, and identifies lead investors and competitors.

3.Technical Requirements

The Service is accessible via modern web browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Users must ensure they have an appropriate internet connection to use Doriot AI effectively.

4.Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering for an account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your startup. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, contact information, and details pertinent to your startup that Doriot AI requires to function effectively. The accuracy of this information is crucial as it influences the effectiveness of the recommendations and insights provided by our service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Doriot AI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5.Subscription Plans

Doriot AI offers the following one-time payment packages:

• Basic Package: Recommendations for 5 potential investors, insights into their competitors, and details on co-investors and potential lead investors.
• Advanced Package: Recommendations for 10 investors, insights into their competitors, and details on co-investors and potential lead investors.
• Premium Package: Recommendations for 20 investors, insights into their competitors, and details on co-investors and potential lead investors.

6.Payments and Billing

All fees are due immediately upon invoicing and are non-refundable. Payment obligations are non-cancelable.

7.Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Doriot AI and its licensors.

8. User Conduct

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Doriot AI and its licensors.

9.Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, Doriot AI does not offer refunds for any payments made.
